Kitchen & Outdoor Entertaining This gourmet kitchen combines style and functionality, complete with a separate walk-in pantry, a coffee machine, a full set of kitchenware, and all your essential needs. Plus, the outdoor kitchen and BBQ area are ideal for relaxed barbecue gatherings. Bedrooms Privately situated on the 4th level is the spacious Master Bedroom, Wardrobe and En Suite. Access to the entertainment room and outdoor area is made possible from this area. Three double bedrooms are situated on the 2nd level as well as a shared bathroom and powder room. The second separate toilet is located next to the living room on the 3rd level. Bedding is $30 extra per person nightly. Guest access All areas inside and outside of the home are accessible, except for the locked cupboard in the hallway and garage. Other things to note ➤ Please switch off the gas fire before leaving the property or going to bed. The fire, hot water and cooktop run off LPG gas bottles, and it can take 3-4 days to receive a new bottle (no weekend deliveries). ➤ Parking information: Limited access on the driveway for large and low clearance vehicles. Please check surroundings, including the kerbside and driveway, when entering or exiting the property. ➤ Noise Monitoring System: All of our properties are equipped with a noise monitoring system that continuously tracks noise levels (without recording audio/conversations) and promptly alerts the property manager if noise exceeds permissible limits. This system assesses decibel levels across the property, solely focusing on sound intensity without recording or eavesdropping, ensuring no collection, storage, or sharing of personal data occurs. ➤ Quiet hours 10pm-8am. We do not accept bookings for parties or functions. ➤ Travel Insurance: We recommend that all guests have travel insurance for their holiday regardless of where they are travelling from.
