Very closed to CCIB - Port Forum - Beach - Diagonal Mar shopping centre. Supermarket at 100 mts open from 8 to 23 (7 days a week) Brand new sunny 1 room apartment ideal for 2 but up to 4 people Swimming pool in the groundfloor (water is *not* heated) Beach at 400mts. CCIB and Diagonal Mar mall at 800 mts Guest access Building has a swimming pool . Note that water si not heated so that is basically used only during summer. Please make a correct use of it and do not make noises from 22 to 8. It's a very quiet building so that please respect neighboards rest. It's not allowed to smoke in the apartment.
