Village house + studio in the heart of Bédouès, 5 min walk from the river, many hiking trails from the house, 10 min drive from all amenities (Florac), independent spaces + friendly common areas, terrace to the south + courtyard of 80 m2, parasols, deckchairs, barbecue, 6 people + possibility of adding extra beds (2 sofa beds, ...), baby umbrella bed, 1 washing machine, sheets provided (not towels), fully equipped kitchen, parking 1 min walk, ... The space MAIN HOUSE (80 m2): Ground floor 35 m2 large living room, dining room, open kitchen + bathroom, access to terrace at the front + garden at the back of the house. 2 bedrooms upstairs each with a double bed + 1 separate toilet on the landing Possibility to add 1 or 2 single beds STUDIO (20 m2): rather considered as an annex room, double bed (attached to the house on the left/direct access to the garden at the back) The whole place is not very modern but full of charm, very functional, quiet and pleasant. More detailed description upon request (limited here) Guest access no possibility to park the car just in front of the house but only for unloading (narrow alley). Parking within a minute's walk. Quiet village, beautiful collegiate church and church to visit 100 m away.
