Please inform me if you need permits for a second car as there will be a £3 charge per car per day. Guest access You have the entire place. Other things to note Please do not smoke in the property. £50 will be charged to you if you do break the house rules. Please check - out on time. £30 will be charged if you leave 10 mins later than 11am.
