Must provide more info about your trip first. UNLIMITED BUSINESS CLASS NBN 50Mbs WiFi. The space Rose Studio is a fully self-contained studio with separate bedroom (with ensuite) and living room. There is dedicated business quality internet throughout. It is decorated in white with an Italian flavour. It has a Persian rug in the bedroom, and art from local artists on the walls. It is an older style apartment. The kitchen/living room has cooking facilities (electric cook top, microwave, Krups expresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle and fridge with pans, crockery and cutlery). There is a TV, a dining table (seats 4 and good space for working on a laptop), and an Ikea sofa that converts into a double bed (bedding, pillows and 2 towels are provided). The bedroom has an Ikea queen-sized bed and huge built-in wardrobe. Bedding is provided including underblanket, fitted sheet, duvet (doona) with cover and four pillows and two towels. The bathroom and toilet are exclusively for use of guests in Rose Studio. There is reverse cycle air conditioner to keep you warm or cool. A fan is supplied for the bedroom. The kitchen and bedroom overlook the rear garden which is large and open and a work in progress. It is an Italian garden with lemons, fig, orange and olive trees and some raised beds with herbs, vegetables and flowers. The garden is being converting to Permaculture. If you would like to share our produce.. just ask. If you need clothes washed, we can wash them ($5 fee) using the main house washing machine (leave them by the main front door in the white basket you will find in the bedroom cupboard), or you can do them by hand or at the nearby laundromat. There is a small ironing board and steam iron and a washing line is in the garden with clothes pegs. The front garden has a lawn with roses and other flowers. You are welcome to take flowers inside Rose Studio, a vase is provided. Rose Studio is separate self-contained apartment at the rear of the main house, which is a common arrangement in most of the Italian houses in this area. These houses were built by successful Italian immigrants to Fremantle and designed to be homes for different parts of the family. Rose studio has its own entrance. There is a locked storage room for cleaning materials between Rose Studio and the main house. Guest access Rose Studio is completely self-contained and independent of the house. It has its own sheltered patio (where you may smoke if you wish) and you are welcome to use the front and rear garden. Feel free to pick flowers, oranges, olives, lemons and figs when in season. You have the use of the main driveway - able to park 2 cars one behind the other. Other things to note Unlimited business quality NBN 50Mbs internet is available The hair dryer is in the bedroom wardrobe with an iron and ironing board. It is appreciated if you turn off the air conditioner when you go out. The rubbish has three bins, yellow top is recyclable, green for organic waste and food, and red top for all other rubbish. Sorting the rubbish is a legal issue. Please tip the food contents of containers into the green bin and then put the containers themselves into the yellow top bin if recycleable or into the red top bin if not recycleable.
