Nice,huge room with a big private bathroom.Just in 5-15 min. walking distance are bus stops,beaches,cafes, shops,cinema,discos,language schools. You can have 10-15% discount from me for language course at any school,even if you don't stay at my home! My bright,extremely clean maisonnette has separate entrance,CCTV cameras,balcony & 2 roof terraces, one is seaview. Safe,friendly International environment are guaranteed at my place!:) The space You can use big bathroom with a shower, leaving/dining room, kitchen, balcony, 2 roof terraces,one for laundry, bigger one is Seaview for chilling out with chairs,tables and sunbed!!!))) There is a nice balcony from the kitchen with table and chairs where you can dining as well)! Guest access You can use plates, cups, forks, spoons...for making light snacks and drinks for yourself, you can use cooker not more than 2 times per day and longer than 30 min. each time. You can use the stove/cooker,oven,microwave, electrical kettle,toaster and some space in my fridge and freezer. I can make your laundry, 1 middle sized bag (not more than 5 kg.) for extra charge 5 Euro and for free once a week if you stay more than 7 days. During your stay I can help you to plan your trip in Malta with invaluable tips: what to see, visit, how and where to go. I can offer you either my private English lessons or the proper Course for you in any Language School in Malta & Abroad as I am an official Educational agent for more than 10 years. So I can help to find the best Educational Institution for you all over the world! If you book any school with me, price of tuition will be 10% cheaper than if you book directly from school and my flat will be 5% cheaper for you! Other things to note I am an English teacher, licensed Host Family and an Educational agent. So I can help you to find your best school for free. Breakfasts are served 7:30-9:00 a.m. on weekdays and 8:30-10:00 a.m. on weekends. Dinners are served if you have booked them for extra charge 5 after 7:00-8:00 p.m. every day. I give you 2 towels, one big and one small to use them only in my home. If you want to go to the beach you need to take your own towel not mine one please! I make your laundry, 1 middle sized bag ( not more than 5 kg.) for extra charge 5 and for free once a week if you stay more than 7 days if your booking is not based on discounted price.
