Villa Marenca, scenic views of Barolo

This modern 220 sqm villa with large pool, high location and a near to 360° uninterrupted views of some of the finest wine yards in the world, is located in one of the eleven Barolo villages, the medieval Serralunga d'Alba. This Unesco protected area of Barolo is renowned for its great wines,  lovely cuisine, and magical surroundings. The villa is your small piece of paradise from where you can enjoy all the region has to offer and come back to a private, luxurious sanctuary of your own. The space Living room, dining room and kitchen The ground floor has a welcoming, open spaced-solution connecting the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. The large sliding windows open to the spectacular views over the well renowned vineyards which create a rolling landscape with dramatic height difference and – on clear days – the Monviso on the horizon. The doors lead to the terrace covering both the south and the west side of the house. Bathrooms The house has three bathrooms. One is situated on the ground floor next to the hallway and serves the bedroom downstairs. Another one is situated on the first floor next to the hallway and serves three of the bedrooms upstairs. The third one serves the master bedroom upstairs.    Bedroom 1 – first floor The bedroom has a king size bed which can be separated into two single ones. It also has a large en suite bathroom. The sliding doors open to a separate balcony on the west side with sun from midday to the sunset over the hills of Perno and Castiglione Falleto. The large fixed window has a magical view towards south with the cru of Marenca – leading on to the well renowned Vigna Rionda – in the foreground. The windows are also overlooking the pool area. Bedroom 2 – first floor The bedroom has a king size bed which can be separated into two single ones. The sliding doors open to a quiet separate balcony on the east side. The large fixed window have a remarkable view towards northwest with Castiglione Falleto in the foreground and La Morra at a far distance. Bedroom 3 – first floor The bedroom has a king size bed which can be separated into two single ones. The sliding doors open to a sunbathing, separate balcony on the south side overlooking the rippling pool. The east side of the balcony offers a unique, close view over the Castello di Serralunga d’Alba. Bedroom 4 – first floor The bedroom has a king size bed which can be separated into two single ones. The sliding doors open to a separate balcony on the west side which baths in sun from midday to the sunset over the hills of Perno and Castiglione Falleto. The large fixed window have a stunning view towards northwest with rolling landscape all the way to La Morra at a far distance. Bedroom 5 – ground floor The bedroom has a king size bed which can be separated into two single ones and a large bathroom connected to the room trough a small hallway. The large sliding windows open to the calm terrace outside with beautiful views over the hills of Castiglione Falletto which vines generates some of the most prestigious wines of the region.
