Nestled in mid of tea estate, our estate bungalow offers a peaceful stay ,where guests can open their eyes to a lush green view. Located near to Konavakarai village, our place is just 10 mins drive from Kotagiri town. You can enjoy with host of activities like trekking, nature walk , dinner with bonfire, play light music. In overall, our place shows the different dimension for your vacation The space BEDROOMS: - Out place has 6 bedrooms and situated like row house with common dining and living area. - Each bedroom has a Foyer area proper bed room with King Size bed Small room (mattresses can be put) Bathroom. - Maximum 3 members can sleep in the King size bed and we provide one extra mattresses for each room, so 4 person can stay in each room. - We can accommodate 24 members in total. BATHROOMS: - Each room attached with bath room and geysers are fitted in each bathroom. - All the basic needs like Towel,h soap and shampoo will be provided. COMMON AREA: - Living and Dining area is common for all bedrooms and it is covered by Glass house and overlooking tea gardens. - Bonfire can be arranged with additional cost. FOOD: - In house Kitchen and Cook available. - All foods can be served with 2-3 hours prior notice. - Chicken/Mutton gravy or dray can be served in Kg basis (not in plate basis). COST: - The offered tariff is only for 18 members (without considering extra mattresses), but we can accommodate up to 24 members. For every extra adult after 18 members, extra charge of INR 1000 per head is applicable. - Even if group size is small, but extra mattresses are needed, INR 1000 will be charged per mattress. - Bonfire charge for 2-3 hours : INR 1200.
