3C - Room for Rent

The room is located at the 4th floor and it is accessible by stairs only, sorry we don't have elevator/lift. It has aircon and windows. Has own toilet and bathroom. I usually rent the room on a long term basis but if it is vacant I usually list it in airbnb for a week or so depending on the booking and availability of new tenant. The place is quiet and neighbors are friendly. Outside the building you can easily access basic transport such as jeepney, taxi or grab and uber. The space From the room you can have a view of the city. Guest access Guest have access to the rooftop and see the view of Cebu City. During your stay I am available most of the time in the place so guest can talk and ask me questions about going around the city. Other things to note Within the building premises we have a dog and a chicken. Smoking is not allowed.
