The Pervoli Studio - Pool - Close to Beach

Holiday Home with air conditioning and Wi-Fi and full size pool & jacuzzi. (Pool and Jacuzzi only in summer season- NOT HEATED) 5 minutes from Larnaca Airport 8 minute walk to the beach. The studio Sleeps 2 people Brand new, beautifully renovated, excellent location. PERVOLIA Village is well situated with the essential amenities ie Banks, Bakeries & supermarkets, bars & restaurants. Kay, the host lives next door can help with any tourism questions. She is very discreet around guests. The space The Garden Studio has been designed and furnished with tasteful decor by an interior designer and to a high specification with mood lighting and hotel 5 Star finishes. Wifi is available along with an android box for your viewing, in addition, blue tooth speakers and a hair dryer. The walk- in shower and bathroom are equipped for wheelchair users. Whether you’re having breakfast on the veranda or terrace, outside dining is encouraged and night swimming under the stars is a must and a enjoyable experience. And of-course if you do find yourself a little too hot, get inside and enjoy some air conditioning. The garden studio is attached to the originally converted barn, which is inhabited by the lovely host Kay. Who will sometimes be at the property and may occasionally use the pool or have guests. This is a great feat especially if you are wanting to explore the area and would love some great recommendations or local cuisine and attractions. Guest access There is wheelchair access throughout the studio as well as the bathroom & shower with safety hand rails. Private driveway & easy access to the studio. All of the outside area with it's own lower field & a variety of fruit trees. Fenced walls & electric entrance gates with parking outside the front door to The Garden Studio. The large overflow pool, outside shower & jacuzzi & the verandas with comfortable seating & an outside fridge & bar. Other things to note There is a walk in shower with safety handles and wheel chair access. A fitted kitchen with microwave, oven & grill combi, an induction hob, a sandwich maker, a toaster & electric kettle and air conditioning. Please do not sit on internal furniture when wet from the pool. Please do not use sun-loungers without a towel when tanning. Sun tan lotion stains cannot be removed and will be deducted from security deposit.
