Corfu Villa Solitude

Villa Solitude is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa, with spectacular panoramic scenery over the surrounding countryside, close to Dassia on the North East coast of Corfu. A high quality, homely villa built in traditional stone, the house has fabulous views of the resort to the open sea and mountains along the Albanian coastline. Dassia center and beachfront are only 10 minutes away by car. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included. The space The architectural design of Villa Solitude allows guests to appreciate the incredible panoramic views of Corfu Town, the North East coast and the Albanian mountains from different angles. There are 4 bedrooms in the villa, three of them at the 1st floor (no elevator) plus one more at the ground floor where guests with mobility problems (wheel chair) can enjoy a comfortable stay. This is a double bedroom with en suit bathroom. Further more there is an electric lift for the 3 stairs (60 cm) between the yard and the level of the villa. From the pool terrace, enjoy the stunning panoramic views over the hilltops to the sea; there is plenty of space to relax and soak up the atmosphere! The Villa has a large private swimming pool, a fashionable wooden sun deck, a covered table and chairs and a BBQ to the side, the perfect setting for a traditional alfresco meal. Guest access Entrance Villa Solitude is accessed by a short country lane, with wrought iron gates opening onto the private gravel parking area. From here, 3 steps up lead to the villa entrance. Living Space The open plan kitchen and living area is spacious with beamed ceilings and flagstone floors. Although more traditional in style, the house has high quality furnishings with a feature fireplace and flat screen TV ( smart TV, Netflix, satellite tv). The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make interior dining easy and there is also dining table and chairs. Patio doors from the lounge open onto the pool terrace and frame the spectacular view. Bedrooms and bathrooms On the ground floor there is a WC with shower. Also there is a double bedroom equipped with an en suite shower room (suited for guests with reduced mobility). Guests with mobility problems/wheelchair are assisted to the ground floor with the use of an electrical lift. The remaining 3 bedrooms are on the first floor. The second double bedroom has an en suite bathroom (with bathtub) and a private balcony with views down to the coastline, the marina in Gouvia and Corfu Town.
