Baby Art Apartment - New flat in historic center

Baby Art is a new apartment, completely renovated, very welcoming and cheerful, located on the ground floor of a building a few steps from the historic center of Arona and the enchanting promenade along the lake. The property offers the possibility to park one car for free in the city’s blue parking spaces, using a special pass provided by the property. Other things to note **Apartment not suitable for 4 adults but maximum 2 adults and two children, that's why we can't accept reservations that way.** Since the apartment is located in the historic center where it is not possible to drive by car, upon your arrival we will accompany you to the nearest parking lot and we will bring your luggage directly in front of the house where we will deliver the keys. If you have bulky bicycles or luggage, there is a small warehouse adjacent to the apartment at your disposal. We will be happy to host you and suggest the most fun activities to do in the area and the most suggestive places to visit. On request, we organize bike rides and dinner with typical products. ATTENTION: from 2022 the Municipality of Arona has introduced again the Tourist Tax - 1 € per day per adult guest - to be paid at the check-in.
