Rent our nice Skagen house with a perfect location in picturesque Østerby. The house dates from 1883, but was completely renovated in 2014 with modern and high standards inside and classic Skagen style outside. The house has 3 bedrooms (1 downstairs, 2 upstairs), a cozy open kitchen/dining area in connection with the living room, a large hall, 1 bathroom and a cozy room on the top floor with a double sofa bed. On the property there is a south-facing wooden terrace, a small garden and private parking with space for 2 cars. The space The modern and well-equipped kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hobs, oven and wine fridge and with direct access to the south-facing terrace and garden. The kitchen is connected to the dining area and living room for maximum socializing. 6 people can enjoy the round dining table in comfortable designer chairs - but there is room for 2 extra folding chairs, which are in the house. There is also an exit to the terrace from the dining area. In the living room you will find 2 sofas, an armchair and a Bang & Olufsen TV with built-in DVD and with Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and German TV channels. There is also a Bang & Olufsen BeoPlay A8 that plays music from your iPhone/iPad while charging. In the living room on the upper floor there is a (sleeping) sofa with Sony TV with Google Chromecast where the young people can stream a movie while the adults relax in the living room downstairs. The house has 1 bathroom with toilet and shower. There's underfloor heating downstairs. The beds in the master bedroom have an elevation function with remote control. On the cozy wooden terrace, there is sun from about 9 am to about 9 pm. Here you will find a Skagen garden furniture set, large parasol, sun loungers and a gas grill. Guest access You have access to the entire house, garden and the 2 parking spaces. However, there is a shed on the property that contains personal items and is therefore locked. Other things to note There are duvets and pillows in the house, but bed linen, towels and tea towels are not included The gas grill is included in the rent BUT you are responsible for cleaning it and filling the gas bottle if it is empty. This is best and cheapest done at KD Handel, Minkvej 3, Skagen. The washing machine is in the cabinet under the stairs in the hall. As the house is centrally located in Skagen and next to Slagter Munch, you must expect the loading and unloading of trucks on Anchersvej on weekday mornings.
