The house faces south, quiet, 200 m2: Ground floor: 50 m2 room with piano, and 50 m2 living room equipped with a convertible bench, kitchen, dining area, bathroom shower/toilet. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, sofa bed, bathroom with bathtub/toilet. The space Available for children (books, games and toys, high chair, dishes for young children, stroller, bike, scooter... equipment to be respected!) It's quiet and the neighbors are friendly! Guest access Free access to the entire house and outdoor garden and terrace areas. Free access to the following facilities: washing machine and dishwasher, oven and microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, kettle, coffee maker and everything you need to cook on electric stoves. Other things to note I'll leave the sheets on the beds, pillowcases for the pillows, duvets and towels.
