Guest access The first to third floors are exclusively reserved for guests Other things to note Electrical appliances in the house, such as the microwave, coffee machine, and hot water dispenser, are not suitable for use by children under 12 to avoid burns. Although areas like the attic and staircases are fenced off, it is still recommended that children under 12 be accompanied by an adult. Cooking is not allowed in the homestay due to the risk of smoke and food odors drifting into the upstairs bedrooms through the atrium. There are also safety concerns, so we appreciate your understanding! However, we do provide a microwave for guests to heat food. Pets: Dogs are welcome to stay with their owners, but please notify us in advance so we can ensure thorough cleaning after check-out. However, due to the abundance of mosquito coils in the neighborhood and the scented environment inside the homestay, it is not suitable for cats. We kindly ask for the understanding of cat owners! Kelly’s is located in an alley surrounded by old homes and many elderly residents, making it unsuitable for noisy groups. It is ideal for guests who have refined tastes, appreciate the space, and respect the environment. Kelly’s is a renovated old townhouse. The original staircase was removed to create an atrium, allowing natural light to flow in. Due to this design, sound travels clearly throughout the house. For example, conversations in the first-floor lounge can be heard directly in the third-floor bedrooms, which adds an interesting dynamic. (However, if you are a group of friends who highly value privacy, please be noted.)
