The space Τhe apartment is following a minimal decorating style that creates a relaxing and soothing environment. Our 75sqm brand new maisonette consists of an open space living room - kitchen, a cosy bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms and a second bathroom on the upper level. It is also equipped with all the necessary facilities such as fridge, electric stove, TV, A/C, wash/m, etc. There is a great market just within few minutes walking from the flat (bakery, café, street market, restaurants, butcher, supermarket). Feel at home while on your travels. Make yourself comfy while sitting on the sofa watching TV, working on your PC or grabbing a bite It's a space with fresh and modern feel. What's more our cosy maisonette is equipped with a safety door, a washing machine and all the essential electrical devices. Other things to note - As of October 2018 Greek law requires that we register every guest with a passport number or an EU ID number. After this date, by making a booking in our property, you agree to share this information with us. It will only be used for the purpose of your stay’s registration according to Greek tax authorities. -Please don't hesitate to ask for recommendations on airport transfer companies, historical sights, local restaurants and bars, as well as must-do Rhodes attractions. -Please note that kids (of an age 2+) are counted as guests and should be added in your reservation. A baby crib and a baby chair can also be provided upon request. -Kind reminder by making your reservation you pay for 1 cleaning session per stay that is made prior to your arrival.
