Welcome to our cozy home! It has a beautiful backyard that is very well maintained. There is no need for A/C as our suite is always cool during summer. Just next to Grand Blvd park and very close to Lonsdale shops. Only 20 minutes to Downtown Vancouver & 1.5hrs to Whistler. This location is very accessible to many hikes, mountain bike trails, and to Deep Cove, Grouse mountain, Cypress and Seymour ski resorts and basically, everything North Shore has to offer! Sorry no parties as we live onsite. The space Our place is cool during summer and doesn't need AC and comfortably warm during winter.
