The house is split level and the room is underneath. with its own entrance. some noise from upstairs but we retire early so should not be a big problem. The space There is a space outside the room that is sheltered with a table and chairs. very nice is summer. and access to a laundry Guest access the entrance is down a stamped driveway through a gate and across a lawned area. During your stay If there are any problems or you need anything or I forgot something. please let me know. Its no good if I read about it later so please let me know
