A cozy apartment in the heart of the city. New house, friendly neighbors, fenced area. A five-minute walk from the house is the Upper Lake, one of the best places to walk in the city. The apartment has everything you need: equipped kitchen, iron, ironing board, washing machine, hairdryer and towels, shampoo, soap and detergent, slippers. The space There is a coffee table and armchairs on the balcony so you can have a cup of coffee or tea in the morning. The apartment has autonomous heating and heated floors.
