'Jurassic Cottage' Cosy, self-contained Cottage set on the edge of a small, quiet Devonshire village. 3 miles North of Axminster and just 7 miles away from Lyme Regis & the Jurassic coastline Sleeps 4 guests max. The space The accommodation and layout are ideally suited for families as a base to explore the Jurassic Coastline, its fossils and the local area. The cottage is standard block construction, whilst the inside has been designed from a log cabin approach and has a lovely cosy feel to it. There is a decked patio area to the front - no garden or play area though! Parking is to the side of the Holt for easy loading and unloading of luggage and shopping. BEDROOMS The master bedroom has a king size bed, whilst bedroom two has two single beds. (Important: downstairs is accessed through bedroom two, from bedroom one) KITCHEN Fully equipped Kitchen includes washing machine, hob & oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment (2/3 fridge - 1/3 freezer). Tea, Coffee, Sugar and condiments, such as salt, pepper and sauces etc are also included. SHOWER ROOM (downstairs) Modern Shower / Sink / Toilet - no bath. ACCOMMODATION INCLUDES: Digital TV & DVD player Roku Streaming stick is available, enabling you to log in to your own favourite streaming channels. All linen & towels are provided. Free Wireless Fibre Broadband. A comprehensive brochure rack, ensures you are aware of many local attractions. Please note, the ceiling downstairs is 6ft4in (194cm) The inset ceiling lights reduce this a little, where they are positioned. Upstairs is an apexed ceiling and at it's highest in the centre is 6ft 2 1/2in (189cm). However, the doorway between bedroom one and two is 5ft 5in (166.5cm). Remember to ‘Duck’! :) Guest access You have access to the cottage and the decked patio area in front, as well as a single parking area to the right of the property on the gravel driveway. We would ask that you park in a manner that does not obstruct the driveway please. Other things to note We do not permit charging for electric vehicles. Local Supermarkets, such as Lidl in Chard are available for this.
