The space The villa consists of 3 levels for a total of 300 square meters in which there are 10 beds (possibly 12 beds if children) and is composed as follows: Ground floor: entrance surrounded by various ornamental plants and cacti, portico, equipped gym, a double room with an integrated bathroom in which there are the services and a bathtub with shower, a half bathroom, a panoramic terrace. First floor: large kitchen furnished and equipped with basic necessities (dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, etc.) a large living room furnished with tables and chairs as well as a TV corner (LCD) with sofa and armchairs. From the kitchen and the living room, you can access a balcony with a large panoramic terrace. Second floor: a triple room with integrated bathroom with toilet and shower, a single or double room with separate beds, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and shower, a bathroom with toilet and bathtub/shower. There is also: washing machine, iron and ironing board, balcony drying rack, sun loungers and deck chairs as well as beach umbrellas (to be used exclusively on site). Outdoor barbecues are available. Guest access The sea is easily accessible in a few minutes by car or possibly on foot in about 1/2 hour walk through 2 beautiful paths, one that reaches the promenade and the other the magnificent cliff where you can have free beaches on which there are several beaches equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and in which you can enjoy delicious meals a stone's throw from the water. In a few minutes on foot you can reach the center of the village with the possibility of taking advantage of the various services connected to it, such as tasting the genuine and tasty local cuisine at the typical restaurants such as the Osteria Diabasis.
