House in the heart of the Auvergne volcanoes

Discover our house located in Saint-Genès-Champanelle, in the heart of the Auvergne volcanoes. Our house, which we affectionately call "L'Imparfaite", is the house in which we live all year round, with our children, and which we simply rent for a few weeks or weekends. We are 5 minutes from Lake Aydat and the Puys chain, 15 minutes from downtown Clermont-Ferrand. It consists of common areas, 4 bedrooms and a laundry room. The space Common spaces: - Furnished kitchen, - Friendly dining area, -Lounge, - 3 shower rooms: one adjoining a bedroom on the ground floor, one independent on the ground floor and one located upstairs, - 2 WC: one on the ground floor and one upstairs, - 1 laundry room: equipped with a washer, dryer, water heater and a sofa bed for extra sleeping. Description of rooms: 4 bedrooms: - 2 with double beds (one on the ground floor with a 160 cm bed and the second upstairs with a 140 cm bed), - 1 with 2 beds measuring 80 (possibility to separate or stick them together), - 1 with a single bed in height. Activities and entertainment: - All our children's games will be at your disposal, as well as a selection of board games for the older ones, a dartboard, a carrom... - Swimming pool (unheated): accessible only in July and August. - Garden: with BBQ, umbrella, table and chairs. - Kids outdoor games. - Parking spaces: just in front of the house. Details: - Bed linen, tea towels, bath mats and towels are not provided except in case of surcharge. We usually live in this house, so you'll find all our stuff there. When we leave the house we only take what we need but we always try to leave room in the cabinets so that you can store your belongings there. Everything is done to best accommodate our hosts, but since this is our home and not just a full-time or vacation rental, there may be odd ones. Don't worry, we'll always be available if anything goes wrong.
