Atypical village house, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with terraces This village house, completely renovated between 2018 and 2020, is located in the heart of medieval Drôme, at the gates of Provence, in the municipality of Châteauneuf-du-Rhône, south of Montélimar. It is through a quiet alley that you can access this atypical house which is crossed by the ramparts of the ancient fortifications of the village. View of the castle ruins and church steeple The space Check out your new home for the time of your stay: The house, on 3 levels, has: - 1 large air-conditioned bedroom with double bed, dressing area, office area and 1 small terrace with views of the castle ruins and church steeple. 1 travel crib - 1 small air-conditioned bedroom, with pull-out bed (drawer bed) - 2 x 90 x 190, dressing room and 1 small terrace overlooking the ruins of the Château and the church steeple. - 1 equipped kitchen/dining room - 1 cellar (storage of household accessories) - 1 living room (with sofa bed, (sleeps 1)) - 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet, - 1 large entrance with cloakroom - 1 laundry room (6 kg washing machine) Amenities: Dishwasher, washing machine, TV with TV channels, Amazon Prime, (ability to log in with your Netflix account, DVD player, induction stove, multifunction microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettles, straightener, hair dryer. Supplies: A sponge, dish towel, dishwasher and washing machine tablets are at your disposal. You will also find coffee filters, salt, pepper, some herbs, olive oil, balsamic vinegar. for cleaning: Broom, dust mop, cleaning sponge, dishwashing sponge, 2 kitchen garbage bags, 2 bathroom garbage bags, bathroom cleaning products, microfiber dust cloth. NB: wooden stairs should not be cleaned with a dust mop, but with a microfiber cloth The accommodation must be returned clean and tidy or a fee of €60 will be applied (see house rules). WiFi (fiber) Bed linens are provided. Beds are made before you check in. 1 set of bath towels is provided to compensate for potential oversights. Baby equipment upon request (baby bed, high chair and stair safety gates) Other things to note The accommodation has been completely renovated. The spaces were created from the load-bearing walls and the constraints of the place. This is what gives this atypical house its charm. Indeed, you will encounter door passages that are sometimes a little narrow and differences in levels between rooms (small steps). Watch your head when accessing the rooms! (for people over 1.65 m).
