La Albazana Apartment

Exceptional apartment since April 2018 in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Jerez. It has a private bathroom and kitchen. The courtyard you see in the pictures is shared with guests staying at the house. The space La Albazana is a traditional Andalusian house dating back to around 1880. Like all these types of homes, it was distributed in several rooms and a patio. Throughout all this time the house has undergone several modifications until the most recent, which is the one we know. We have respected this current distribution and have adapted to it. The Albazana is divided into three private bedrooms with a bathroom and common areas, such as the kitchen and living room. The bathroom of the room with an external private bathroom is located in the hallway down the stairs that you see in the photos. The apartment is completely independent and other guests do not have access. All guests share the courtyard of La Albazana. A two-minute walk from the Villamarta Theater (Flamenco Festival) and the city center, where you can enjoy the best local atmosphere by taking a tour of typical Jerez tabancos or visiting the cathedral, Alcázar and the wineries that are also very close to the house. You will have the Lustao wineries right next door as well as the possibility to rent bicycles 50 meters from the house. Guest access The kitchen, living room, and patio are available to share with the other guests in the house. Please be respectful of other guests and the common areas of the house, not just your room and the furniture in it. Other things to note Please respect the neighbors of the house as well as the neighbors. We know that the house's patio is to be enjoyed and we want it to be, but remember that there are more guests in the house and the house is adjacent to two others. Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Check-ins outside the indicated hours will incur a surcharge of €10. Check-ins after midnight will incur a surcharge of €25.
