Description

Welcome to Roman Garden, your spacious apartment surrounded by a private garden terrace on an elegant Roman street, a few steps from Villa Borghese. The space Roman Garden is located on the mezzanine floor of an elegant building dating back to the 1950s. It has three bedrooms, a fully equipped open space kitchen and a spacious living room including a large dining table. The fact that this apartment is surrounded by a private garden makes it a rare find in the heart of Rome. Children, especially, will be very amused by their own private playground! Bedlinen, towels, kitchen supplies, washing machine, dishwasher and wifi internet are all provided. The two Moroccan style bathrooms are gorgeously designed with much attention to detail. Guests can enjoy a nice warm bath or a shower after a long day of sightseeing. The third spacious bedroom is equipped with a bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with a mini fridge and a washing machine, offering a completely independent added space. The apartment is ideal families or groups of friends who want to enjoy this secret garden in Rome. Please note that some things may not look exactly like in the pictures because we constantly need to replace things and redefine spaces and furnishings. The most important thing for us is to keep the apartment as fresh and comfortable as possible! Guest access Check-in is flexible (usually between 4PM and 7PM, except for different agreements always subject to availability). You might check in earlier in the morning if there are no other guests checking out on the same day. Other things to note Please note that the woking space and the second bathroom will be made available upon request and for an extra fee depending on the length of your stay For long-term stays it is required at least a bi-weekly 3 hours cleaning service arranged by the host and paid by the guest (approximately 12 Euros/hour). In Rome, heating systems in many buildings, including ours, are centrally managed and follow specific schedules regulated by local laws. This means radiators are only active during set hours of the day. While this is standard across the city, we understand it may feel cooler indoors during the off-hours, especially for guests accustomed to more continuous heating systems. The apartment is also equipped with two air conditioners, which can be used as heaters during these periods. We recommend packing warm clothing for added comfort during the winter months, as Rome’s older buildings are often less insulated than those in Northern Europe. This is part of experiencing life in a historic city like Rome, where tradition blends with modern conveniences to create a unique and memorable stay. Registration Details IT058091C2MHVXQK5W
