Georgian Bay Beach House + Cottage w/Private Beach

This four-season Beach House is a perfect getaway retreat with family and friends of max 8. It is a waterfront paradise located on the white sandy beach with a beautiful lake view and gorgeous sunsets. It represents the very best that the Georgian Bay has to offer. You can relax by the beach in the summer, or take one of our kayaks for a breathtaking tour. This winterized cottage is also close to many of the ski resorts making it a perfect getaway in the winter as well. The space The Property has a waterfront cottage (the main cottage) that has 2 bedrooms on the main level, and a second-floor bedroom, sleeping a total of 6. The main cottage has a large living space, full bath, fully equipped kitchen and dining table. The second cottage has a kitchenette/family area, bathroom and 2 bedrooms, sleeping a total of 4 people. This 2 cottage property is ideal for a large family with the children sleeping in the smaller cottage or for 2 small families who can enjoy the property together but still have their privacy in their own cottage. Guest access Use of the complete property is yours. The main cottage is one floor with a master bedroom on the second floor. Use of the washer and dryer in the basement is permitted but please refrain from entering the Mechanical room area. There is a patio/deck area on the side of the home with a BBQ. Lakefront there is another deck overlooking your own private beach on the beautiful Georgian Bay.
