Second Bedroom - 2 x single beds, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table and lamp. Living Room - 1 large sofa, flat screen smart TV with over 300 channels in German, English, French, Italian etc. Wii console and games, books, board games etc, 1 small sofa/airmchair that can also be made up to accomodate 5th person on request.
