The lodge is double glazed and central heated. This modern and contemporary lodge comes equipped with a fully fitted kitchen with built in fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. It also benefits from a ramped access and an enclosed external raised patio area. There is space to park up to three cars beside the lodge. The Estate is set in 100 acres of lush green woodland with a river running through it providing private fishing and country walks right on the doorstep. The local area offers a number of activities including Gleneagles and Auchterarder golf courses for the golfers in your party, fishing, hill walking and cycling for both the enthusiast and serious athletes with the more extreme challenges of the Ochil Hills range on the doorstep.
