B&B Roman Walks

The B&B Passeggiate Romane, located in front of St. Peter's Basilica, offers a very nice room with an en-suite bathroom and independent access to the terrace. On request, the bed can be double or split. Bed sheets, towels, breakfast, and daily cleaning are included in the price shown. In addition, the B&B applies all the health and hygiene procedures indicated by the Italian Ministry of Health regarding COVID-19 (new Coronavirus). The space Passeggiate Romane B&B offers a hospitality experience that guarantees maximum independence for guests. Located just a 10-minute walk from St. Peter's Square, the property offers a daily sweet breakfast, consisting of products strictly packaged in compliance with the regulations of the Lazio Region, including cornflakes, snacks, biscuits, bread, jam, fruit juice, milk, tea and coffee, available at any time. Guests can enjoy a shared kitchen and seating area, fostering a convivial and welcoming environment. Guest access Guests have access to a common living room, characterized by a lively yellow color, and to the kitchen, as shown in the photos. The entrance is spacious and bright, equipped with a relaxation area and a bathroom. There are no time restrictions for re-entry: guests will receive their keys and can enter and exit freely as they wish. During your stay We live in the same building as the property and are always available by phone and/or WhatsApp for any advice or needs. Other things to note Check-in is available by appointment between 14:00 and 21:00. A surcharge of 20 euros applies for arrivals after 21:00, and arrivals after midnight are not accepted. Please communicate your arrival time to avoid delays during check-in. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery, a refrigerator, espresso machine, moka pot, microwave, and toaster. All appliances are electric, and cooking is not permitted to ensure hygiene and respect for other guests. At Passeggiate Romane, we prioritize hospitality with maximum independence; breakfast is self-service with pre-packaged products in compliance with the Lazio Region regulations, including cornflakes, snacks, biscuits, bread, jam, fruit juice, milk, tea, and coffee. A city tax of 3.50 euros per person per night is payable at check-in, up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. Children under 10 years and guests visiting Rome for medical reasons with a certificate are exempt from this tax.
