The space This recent 70 m² apartment is located on the 1st floor of a recent building (lot of 2 apartments, one reserved for the owners). It offers a spacious living area with a large living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. A large welcoming terrace will allow you to enjoy the beautiful landscapes. The hallway will then lead you to a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and ironing board, separate toilets for your comfort, and a bathroom with a large shower that offers a surprising view of the rock through the window. Both bedrooms have double beds (140 x 200) and storage, a baby cot (60 x 120) can be made available on request. Ideally located close to the train station, shops, beach, and many attractions.
