ONLY 3 MILES FROM WINDERMERE. SECLUDED AT THE TOP OF A PRIVATE LANE AND NESTLED ON THE HILL SIDE SURROUNDED BY COUNTYSIDE BUT ONLY 5 MINUTES WALK TO VILLAGE AMENITIES. THESE INCLUDE 2 PUBS SERVING GREAT FOOD, A GROCERY STORE , A LARGE BIKE SHOP(WHEELBASE) WITH BIKE HIRE, SEVERAL CAFES , AN ARTISAN BAKERY AND OTHER INTERESTING SHOPS. THERE ARE NUMEROUS WALKS FROM THE DOOR, IN AND AROUND STAVELEY, UP AND INTO THE PICTUESQUE KENTMERE VALLEY IN CENTRAL LAKE DISTRICT. The space This cottage is tucked nicely out of the way but central to Lake District national park Guest access THE HOUSE HAS A KEY SAFE TO THE RIGHT OF THE FRONT DOOR WITH CODE TO ACCESS . ONCE BOOKED, THE CODE WILL BE SENT TO YOU. THE HOUSE HAS GAS CENTRAL HEATING PLUS A LOG BURNER Other things to note SMOKING IS PROHIBITED Strictly NO PETS A Basic towel set provided for each guest ie 1x small bath towel and 1x hand towel per guest free of charge. If you require larger bath sheets there is a charge of 5 pounds per guest per stay. You must let us know if required prior to stay. Alternatively feel free to bring your own. 1 basket of wood provided ie enough for 1 night but if additional wood required this can be purchased from the spar or local garage.
