Le Spezie farmhouse is located in the Prosecco hills, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The family farm grows Prosecco grapes and has an orchard and a wood. The old farmhouse has four independent apartments (sleeping a total of 16 people, with nine bedrooms and six bathrooms). The large garden has benches and tables for outdoor dining. There are games for children, swings and a charming wooden playhouse. Dogs, cats, chickens and a donkey. The space The 6-guest apartment ‘Zenzero e Cannella’ (Ginger and Cinnamon) is located in a farmhouse dating back to the early 1800s, preserved in its authenticity, immersed in a large estate belonging to the ‘La Bella’ farm. The farmhouse is surrounded by nature but at the same time only 3 km from the Vittorio Veneto Sud exit of the A27 motorway. On the ground floor of the ‘Zenzero e Cannella’ apartment, there is a large kitchen with a solid wood table that can seat up to ten people, a living room, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a small storage room under the stairs. Upstairs, there are three large bedrooms (two twin rooms and one double room, all with mosquito nets on the windows) and a bathroom with a shower. The house is furnished in a simple but functional style with antique family furniture and touches that recall the rural life of yesteryear, such as the splendid terracotta stove. The air conditioner is located on the bedroom floor, in the corridor (not inside each bedroom). If it is very hot, it is best to keep the bedroom doors open at night. However, fans are available. The flat can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults and one child under the age of 5. From here, you can set off to visit our beautiful region. In an hour's drive, you can reach the sea, in 15 minutes the surrounding lakes and in less than an hour the mountainsThere are countless cities of art surrounding us, and we will be happy to provide you with valuable advice (destinations, wineries, restaurants that we particularly love). Every day you can change your destination and in the evening relax in our large garden with a glass of Prosecco D.o.c.g., whose precious grapes grow right on our street. Walking in our woods, jogging at sunset on Strada delle Spezie or lighting the barbecue for an evening with friends are just some of the many things you can do here, while admiring the truly unique hilly landscape that surrounds us. Every window offers breathtaking views. At the rear, there is a large private enclosed garden with mountain views. Other things to note The tourist tax of €1 per person per day, applied for a maximum of 5 consecutive days of stay for adults (over 14 years of age), is not included in the price and must be paid upon arrival. A security deposit of €50 in cash is required upon arrival, which will be returned at check-out after the accommodation has been checked. Guests are responsible for cleaning and tidying the kitchen; otherwise, the security deposit will be retained. Change of sheets and towels €15 per person. We do not live in the farmhouse but 6 km away. The air conditioning is located only on the first floor in front of the bedrooms (not inside them), in the corridor. Therefore, if it is very hot, it is best to keep the bedroom doors open to cool down. Normally, the temperature is milder here in the hills in the evening. However, fans are available.
