The six bedrooms easily accommodate 11 adults and there is capacity to add two more adults, using the sofa bed in the formal lounge. The fifth and sixth bedrooms are separated by a wall of bookshelves only, no door. The open family room at the back leads onto the deck and boasts floor to ceiling windows, and morning sun with views of Mt Barrow, which is often snow-capped in the winter. The formal lounge includes an upright piano which has seen several generations of budding musicians, and the formal dining table comfortably seats 12. We also have a high chair. In addition to the bedrooms, the family room, lounge, dining and large front hall provide plenty of options for guests to choose to hang out in smaller groups. We know you will love it! Guest access The whole house except for the study which is kept locked for owners' personal items. Other things to note Please read the notes in the Welcome Book on arrival. Extra charges apply for additional linen and towels if required. Stays of longer than two weeks require an additional clean for $200, which includes fresh linen and towels.
