Central Studio Apartment with wifi

This studio is located at the center of bustling Metro Manila. It is decorated in relaxed, simple & clean interiors with easy access to transport and is just above a shopping mall that has everything you need. The space My place is suitable for solo or two travelers on personal or business trip. I provide unlimited Wifi, cable TV, and free Netflix access. Three to four guests may be arranged, with minimal linen charge for an extra floor mattress. As a security measure for guests and residents, all guests will need to be preregistered. I will need to ask for electronic copies of Identification prior to your arrival. Guest entrance from the ground floor lobby is through the right-side elevators. Guests may be required to log in at the front desk. PARKING The apartment does not come with a reserved parking space, but guests may park their cars in the Mall’s parking area (overnight parking fees apply). SWIMMING POOL Only registered guests can have access to the swimming pool (open from 7am-10pm). Fees (Regular and Holiday rates ) apply and is payable directly to the Light Residences office at the 3rd floor. VISITORS The Building administration does not allow Airbnb guests to accommodate visitors for security purposes. NOISE The apartment is facing a main thoroughfare. Please expect muffled street noise through the window during peak traffic hours. CLEANING The apartment is cleaned before check-in. Additional cleaning can be arranged for a minimal fee. LAUNDRY I do not have a washer in the apartment but there are Two (2) Laundromats located at the 2nd floor of the mall. I would like to maintain clean, odor free and stain free walls. • No pets. • Use of Flat Iron: -A flat iron, ironing mat pad & iron rest pad can be found behind the wardrobe door. Please return all items in their proper storage place after use. Please un-plug the iron when not in use. Microwave cooking is allowed. Two glass microwavable containers are in the cupboard for use. Please clean the microwave of food after use. Bits of food and the smell of food attract roaches. Un-plug the microwave after use. Trash Disposal. Three trash containers lined with plastic bags are found in the bathroom, by the bedside table and under the sink. Please dispose trash appropriately. DISHWASHING- Dishwashing liquid, scrub can be found in the cupboard. A strainer is also available for use. • ** KEYS. Secure your key all the time. A minimal fee will be Charged for the lost key. o Use of Electricity. Please SWITCH-OFF the air conditioner, TV and lights each time you leave the apartment especially if you will be away for more than 1 hour. Do NOT use the white body and hand towels for make-up removal. A gray microfiber make-up removal towel is by the bathroom sink. Please use that for removing make up and face creams. A Hair dryer and make-up mirror is stored inside the wardrobe, please return it in its proper place after use. VISITORS- The security guards will only allow registered guests into the building. Guest access Guests can access the swimming pool with minimal Php150 fee per head, to be paid at the Administration Office before 6 PM. Gym is exclusive to long term tenants. Other things to note Potential for noise - The apartment is facing the main thoroughfare, during peak traffic hours. Expect muffled sound through the windows.
