This cosy loft with a small kitchen is located on the top floor of a terraced house on Bruderholz. It can be locked and offers a lot of privacy. The associated gallery cannot be used for safety reasons, but floods the room with further light through another skylight. Those who love nature and at the same time want peace and quiet and proximity to the city will enjoy it with us. INCLUSIVE: BASELCARD The space The bed can be used as a double bed or two single beds of 90x200cm each. The kitchenette has two hot plates, a small oven, toaster and refrigerator. Coffee machine (Nespresso capsule system) and kettle are a matter of course. Guest access The loft is accessed via a shared main entrance door and a shared staircase. It can be decided and offers a lot of privacy. Guests can, by arrangement, share the garden as well as the laundry room. Other things to note There are two cats living in our house. They are rather shy and often outside. The cats do not have access to the attic.
