At home in Antwerp !

Welcome to Studio Minerva! The Studio is located on the top floor of our historical family home. It is a home away from home for people who want to stay in Antwerp for a week or more for professional reasons or simply to explore the city. Excellent location to get in and out of the city. Quiet and green neighborhood. The space The serviced studio consists of 3 rooms: a bedroom with double bed, sitting area and writing table, a reading / living room under the roof with sofa-bed, and a kitchenette with bathroom. This is a very independent set-up. Your hosts, their children and dog Cesar animate the other rooms in the house. We are all usually off to work/school or enjoying Antwerp so it can be rare to run into each other. Children: welcome if you take into account the steep stairs that lead to the room under the roof. A sofa bed is available in the attic room (hosts 1 adult or 2 children). Cleaning, towels and bedlinen included once a week. Guest access The top floors (3th-4th) are all yours, acces via shared staircase. No elevator, a normal physical condition is required.
