Plenty of room for family to spread out plus space for a trailered boat. Minutes to Carolina Beach (8.8 mi), Wrightsville Beach (10.2 mi), and Downtown Wilmington (8.5 mi). Close to parks, the Cross-City Trail, restaurants, shopping, and movies. Dog friendly! The space For guest enjoyment there is a large private pool, firepit, screened area which overlooks the pool and includes a brand new ping pong table. With family and friends in mind we provided a large outdoor connect four, and giant Jenga. There is a first floor primary bedroom with king bed and 2nd floor master bedroom with 2 queen beds en suite bathroom and a guest room with queen bed across the hall from a half bath. There is an office desk off the living room for anyone that needs to take care of business while away. Trailered boats are allowed, and plenty of room in the extended driveway to fit. There are several boat ramps near the property and we would be happy to recommend our favorite "spots" on the water! Guest access Our property is private with a fully fenced back yard, private separately fenced saltwater swimming pool, screened porch with ping pong table, outdoor dining, fire pit, gas grill and more! Other things to note Please be aware that, to provide you with the best experience possible, we maintain the pool and landscaping weekly and treat for mosquitoes once a month. These services may be performed during your stay, but they will be handled as quickly and unobtrusively as possible.
