The Cabañal neighborhood has the charm of a Mediterranean Town a Quick and easy bus or tram ride to the City center. It is a perfect combination of the beach mixed with the culture the city life. The apartment is thought for maximum 4 adults, the bunk beds are for kids. Guest access Guest access the entire apartment exclusively for them, but the building has a small lobby and a stairways that is shared with the rest of the neighbors. Guest have to be extremely considered with the neighbors, so they have to remain quiet in the lobby and stairways and make sure the buildings door stays closed. No parties or loud groups. Other things to note Before booking: Sea La Vie is in an old residential building—sound carries. If you plan late-night chats/laughter or partying, please do not book. For quiet guests only. Max 4 adults (bunk beds for children only). Quiet hours 10pm–9am. No parties or visitors.
