Two Adjacent Rooms for Single Person or Couple

The space Two rooms in 3-br villa available for short-term stay. Both rooms are for the use of a single person or couple (there is a bed in one room only). The villa is situated in a quiet suburb on the south side of the Swan River, half-way between Perth and Fremantle. The Canning Highway is a five-minute walk away, giving easy access via bus to both Perth and Fremantle. One room has a queen bed and wardrobe, the other has a couch, desk and a dressing-table. There is a toilet for the guest's private use but the bathroom is shared, as are the kitchen and dining and lounge areas. Off-street parking is available. Melville is close to several parks, schools and shops (Garden City must be one of the best shopping centres in Perth) and there are some great places to eat out in Applecross, Myaree, Bicton, Attadale and Fremantle. The city of Melville is well run by the local government and there are lots of activities and facilities to enjoy. The Melville Aquatic Centre is fabulous and the Melville Recreation Centre is great too, offering everything from aerobics, step classes, gym, basketball, netball and touch footy. There is a very large and well equipped library adjacent to the centre as well as a tennis club which includes two Padel courts.
