A little house for yourselves. 3 Sleeping Rooms (2 big, 1 small), a big kitchen/living room combo, a small bathroom. 1 parking spot on our ground. Close to public transport (22 min to downtown Munich or 30 min to the October festival) or 15 minutes by car to the convention center. It is our wish that you feel cosy in our place (our house is next to you) so we will try to guide and help you where possible as we traveled a lot ourself. It all depends on your kindness. The space A spacious flat (76sqm) with 3 sleeping rooms and a living room/kitchen combo in a quiet area. The kitchen is fully equipped (but no dish washer), free washing machine and dryer. In one of the rooms you'll find a PC with a printer/scanner/copier attached to it. Netflix is running on a 4K 55'' Smart TV and a highspeed internet connection is given in all rooms over wifi (100Mbit). Other things to note October Festival Visitors: we want you to have fun but at the same time we expect from you to give respect to our lovely old neigbors so please absolutely keep the night time silence as this is a quiet neigborhood
