The space This charming old house is nestled in busy Legian Kaja between Kuta and Seminyak, you will be surprised how peaceful the villa is once you set foot inside. The house itself has no doors only in the 2 air-conditioned bedrooms the living room area exposed to nature surrounded in a 34 years old thick jungly tropical garden, quiet a hidden paradise, very private villa in a shared compound divided by fish pond and lush tropical garden, private 2 meters depth swimming pool area that connected in lap pool to another pool area 24 meters away. Other things to note There is car access to the villa but there is no parking facilities in the property. The villa is set up for dining alfresco, under the stars table set for 8 peoples, fully equipped kitchen for those that love to cook. Personal cook is available on request charge per time only for service exclude cost of groceries. Washing machines and dryer are available in house free for self use. Otherwise there is laundry service around the area that can collect and deliver your laundry at their schedule, cost charge separately and payable directly to their service. House cleaner and gardener available daily except Sunday starts 08.00 am - 12.00, we value your privacy please enquiry if the service not needed during the stay. The swimming pool maintenance available Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 08.00 am - 12.30 pm. Caution : Only for the adventurer who willing to experience the stay. Otherwise do not make the booking. Since the house is exposed to nature and native species inhabitant in the big tress around the house you may see them running and flying freely in the garden or may entering the house such as birds, squirrels, lizards, frogs, geckos and insects. Pest control is hired regularly in order to eliminate mosquitos from time to time but it might still be around, please use mosquitos repellent provided. We’d appreciate if you are not smoking in bedrooms and entertaiment area upstairs.
