Our apartment is newly renovated and located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Philadelphia. Coffee shops, restaurants, parks, shopping and sightseeing are all within a stones throw of this beautifully updated, 1st floor apartment. No need to bring a car - just pack your walking shoes and hit the town. The space You will enter through the main door using the keypad lock. Once check in is available, we will provide you with a unique code that will work for the main door as well as the apartment door. The apartment door is just to the left as you walk in. There is another apartment in the building that is occupied by long-term tenants, however, the only shared space is the entryway. As you enter the apartment, you'll come into the open concept living room and fully equipped kitchen. Our 50 inch Smart TV is ready with all of the major streaming channels where you can log in to your own subscriptions, however, we do provide Netflix. Past the kitchen and down the hall on the left is the bathroom with stand up shower. Continue straight ahead and you'll see the first bedroom with a queen memory foam bed, 100% cotton sheets and black out curtains for a dreamy night's sleep. Continue down the hall and you'll find the larger of the two bedrooms, furnished with a king memory foam bed, a 50 inch smart tv and outdoor patio where you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee or a happy hour beverage. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and patio. There are no shared spaces other than the entryway. Keyless entry provided.
