Hidden in a small alley off the Surin main road lies Surin Spring Estate, a residence composed of 12 villas built around a lovely lake. The peaceful atmosphere invites you to chill out and relax. The villa is composed of 6 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. It has 2 dining areas, one near the kitchen, the other, al fresco, right beside the lake, a perfect place to enjoy a barbecue. For you to enjoy and have fun, you have a swimming pool, pool table, table tennis, dart board, board games The space The villa is right beside a lake. This water feature gives it a feeling of peace, tranquility and beauty. Additional to that, to the contrary of many private villas that require the rental of a car or a motorbike to move around and be able to do things, the location of Surin Lake Villa is such that you can do all your shopping, go to the beach, to restaurants, to massages, and other various shops, simply by walking. While in the villa, for your entertainment, you will have at your disposal, internet TV (Netflix), Billiard Table, many Board Games available on request. Other things to note We will provide daily housekeeping. The linen will be changed every three days, or on demand in case of problem. If you wish your towels to be replaced, just drop them in the laundry basket. Every bathroom has one. Electricity is free up to a daily charge of THB 500, which is what we consumed when we lived in the villa. Anything above that amount will be charged to the guest. THB 500 per day allows for a normal usage of electricity, and should encourage our guests not to waste energy.
