The space THE SPACE The apartment is 28 m². Completely renovated to accommodate up to 4 people, it consists of: - a large entrance with a mountain corner (1 bunk bed, 2 beds, 1 dressing room, a shoe rack and suitcases) - a living room enjoying the view thanks to the bay windows and the balcony. There is a sofa bed (double bed), a flat screen TV that can be watched from the living room or kitchen, - a separate bedroom with a window enjoying the view, containing 1 double bed, 1 storage column for your belongings, - a well-equipped kitchen area with a fixed table, - a bathroom with shower, - a separate toilet, - a secure ski locker located on the ground floor of the residence, - free parking in a secure covered garage. To help you enjoy our cocoon, we provide you with the following free of charge: - utensils and appliances for easy cooking, - books for adults and children, - games, - a Wi-Fi connection, - a travel cot with mattress, - a parking space in a covered and secure garage at the foot of the residence (entrance height 180 cm). SERVICES • Linens and towels are not provided. • You will find on site: - 1 double bed 140 x 190 in the bedroom, - 1 double sofa bed 140 x 190 in the living room, - 2 bunk beds 80 x 190 in the entrance. Mattress covers, duvets and pillows are of course provided. Possibility to order sheets and towels for a package of €20 for a single bed and €25 for a double bed). • Cleaning is not included. Possibility to order a professional to come after your departure for a flat rate of €65. But everything is very easy to do on foot, regardless of the season :) HIKING Check out VISORANDO to see the walks starting from the residence (including a loop to Lac Blanc via Altiport and the old mine from Alpe d'Huez) SKIING A 5-minute walk from the track that allows you to reach: - the "Alpe Express" segment towards the Bergers where the ESF Children's Chalet is located in particular, - the “Viel Alpe” segment towards Signal and DMC1. Other things to note ACTIVITIES Don't hesitate to tell us what you want to do, we will guide you as best as possible to optimize your logistics (equipment rental, ski lessons, hiking, restaurants...). MAINTENANCE The apartment is STRICTLY NON-SMOKING (BALCONY INCLUDED). To limit the cost of your stay, we do not charge a cleaning fee. This must be done by you before departure. All necessary products are provided on site. If you do not want to, our service provider can intervene for a fee of €50. Linens are not provided (sheets, hand towel). We can provide you with it on request (single bed kit: €20, double bed kit: €25). Free service: bath mat, tea towel, sponge.
