Old 19th century farm renovated into a real artist's hotel with every comfort, we will be delighted to host you in this atypical accommodation located in the very center of the spa town of Saint-Amand-Les-Eaux! You are welcome and are the masters of the artists' hotel of Saint Amand les Eaux! The space By booking the accommodation through this listing, you are booking the entire artist's house exclusively. It is a large house/hotel offering you more than 70 m2 of interior space. It contains 2 separate comfortable bedrooms; each comprising a double bed, a radiator, a fan, a lock, storage spaces and a worktop as well as a decoration and various accessories depending on the room. Our rooms are comfortable, clean, quiet and decorated in a sober way and equipped for your comfort and enjoyment. (Everything is ideal for two couples or two colleagues! And perfect for 6 people; two couples; two individuals) In the house you will also find: - a large living/dining room with a large dining table, a sofa bed (1 to 2 people), as well as a TV (not connected but ideal if you have a computer via HDMI), audio speakers, some board games; all in a very airy, original, quiet and bright space. You can also access an additional sleeping area for one person on the mezzanine (The cabin) - the kitchen; it is equipped with a dishwasher, a small fridge (minibar), an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, 4 induction hobs, a sink, a countertop and all the dishes and tools necessary to design wonderful meals… ;) - the bathroom; it has a bathtub/shower, a washing machine, heating, storage spaces, towels, shower gels and shampoo and some accessories (hair dryer, mirror, trimmer, etc.)… - toilets, of course! With toilet paper, of course ;) - the lower terrace, equipped with a small table and two chairs; ideal for breakfast or a last drink facing the sunset. In summary: The house is ideal for workers and colleagues wishing to stay together; For two colleagues it's great! For three, it's nice and for 4 it's not bad! The house is also ideal for two couples wishing to have an evening or a weekend in the countryside; 6 friends; it is also ideal for families of up to 8 people if the beds are shared. Guest access In the heart of the spa town of Saint-Amand-Les-Eaux, our accommodation is close to all amenities and extremely well located! You will be just a 10-minute walk from Saint-Amand train station, You will be a 5-minute walk from the Belfry and the city center where you will find many restaurants (Italian, Greek, gourmet...) and supermarkets (organic stores, Carrefour Express, Match, etc.). You will be about a 15-minute walk from the Casino de Saint-Amand (the Pasino)! You will be 10 min walk from the thermal centers and spas! The entrances to the forest are also quickly accessible on foot, by car or by bus, since the city of Saint Amand is surrounded by a vast forest! In front of the house you will have access to free parking as well as a bus stop! Other things to note WARNING!!! - A concierge may be on site in a private area located in the lower part of the house; you will not see him except when necessary or in case of force majeure. WARNING!!! - A cute little cat lives in the house; it is very nice and discreet and is completely part of the furniture; it only has access to the living room! WARNING! - You can, upon request, invite more people than the number of people included in the reservation, but only if they do not sleep on site, and you must report this to the reservation. Please be aware that the entrances and exits of the house are video monitored. If you would like to invite someone outside of the reservation, please report it; you may be asked for an invitation fee of around 10 euros. Any presence of a person not registered in the reservation and not reported will be considered an intrusion. WARNING!!! Our house follows the following rules: - Closing the main door is mandatory for safety reasons! You have a set of keys that you use to access the accommodation but also to protect it from intrusions! - In the house, there are some areas that are strictly forbidden to you despite easy access; this is the mezzanine (upper part of the living/dining room) which is a linen management area. The upper terrace which is accessible via a wooden staircase located on the lower terrace is also an area that is not reserved for you. You are not allowed to access the concierge or the studios.
