The whole home is offered for your stay. There are two queen beds in each bedroom. Unlike other Airbnb rentals we do not put beds in the living room so you can enjoy the house as it is suppose to be. You will be close to the Wiltern theater (3 blocks), Koreatown Plaza ( 1 block), Metro Purple/Red lines (3 blocks). Hollywood is only 3 miles away and the beaches are close as well. You have access to a washer & dryer on the patio. Smoking is only allowed on the back patio and parking area. Please dispose of your cigarette butts in the cans that are provided, not on the ground. The space The unit has new and fairly expensive carpeting, so be careful of dirty shoes and feet, thank you. Free parking in the back. Classic style furniture, with TV, queen size beds in each bedroom. One full bathroom (toilet, sink, separate shower and separate bathtub) in unit, the bathroom is quite old, and does look a bit dinghy, ( sorry about that) but it is clean. There is a " New" water heater for plenty of hot water. There is a water purification system in the basement that provides excellent water for your consumption. One parking space is provided for your use. There is a back patio for relaxing and doing laundry, laundry can only be done after 4:00 p.m. This is an extremely safe neighborhood in Koreatown. Spacious living room and dining room. Quiet neighborhood and just three blocks from the night life of the Wilshire strip. Guest access Guests have access to the front and back yards, the patio and parking lot. And of course the unit itself. Important: Unfortunately, this space is NOT handicap accessible. We apologize for the inconvenience. Other things to note Well, you've come to Los Angeles to see the sites and enjoy all that Southern California offers. You picked a good centralized area for your base of operation. You are close to everything from this location, from the beaches to hollywood.
