The Cabin. Suitable for 2 Adults + 2 Children

Accommodation for a maximum of 2 Adults and 2 Children up to 16 yrs old. We will not accept more than 2 adults as it is has 2 small single beds suitable for children up to the age of 16. It is a cosy cabin in a peaceful location in the village of St. Cleer just outside of Liskeard. The Cabin is set amongst working farmland on the edge of Bodmin moor. The cabin has been hand built and is fully double glazed; it has an insulated floor and offers a warm cosy feel. The space The cabin is in our large private garden and has its own semi-secluded seating area with picnic bench, glider seat, gas barbecue with a single side burner all under a wooden gazebo that is quite sheltered. Absolutely no smoking, naked flames or cooking within the cabin. The cabin is open plan and sleeps 2 adults in a 5ft double bed and 2 children, up to 16 yrs old, in single Day Beds. (Please be aware we do not have cots for younger children and that there is a stone step up into the cabin). Lighting is powered by 12 volt battery but there is mains which powers a 24" Smart TV, a kettle, and a small heater (if needed). There is a dining table and 4 chairs. (All cutlery and crockery etc; provided). We provide a starter supply of tea, coffee, sugar and milk. There are hooks for limited hanging space (hangers provided). There is Wi-Fi and 6 USB ports to charge your phones and tablets etc. A short walk across the garden is a "seperate" kitchenette/bathroom for your sole use. There is a step up into the utility room. It does NOT have a cooker but It has a microwave, air fryer, toaster and a fridge and necessary utensils. Bathroom has shower, toilet and basin and there is a heater in the bathroom only. We provide Shower gel and Shampoo. All bed linen and towels provided. (Bathroom towels not to be taken to the beach) 2 (max)Very well behaved dogs are welcome (we are next door to a working farm with cows in fields next to the garden). Dogs NOT to be left unattended in the Cabin at any time. Parking for 1 car. Unfortunately we do not have facilities for the charging of electric vehicles. We also kindly ask that you do not invite other people to our property. The Cabin and kitchenette are both a step up from the garden. Therefore not wheelchair friendly Guest access Guests have use of your own section of garden by the Cabin, which is separated from the rest of our garden by a flower bed. Please be aware we could be about, in the garden or garage, but we are very friendly and can be approached at any time. Other things to note Not wheelchair friendly due to the step from the garden into the cabin and the kitchenette/shower room. Also the shower has a step leading to it. Please be aware we do not have cots for younger children. The Cabin is only for the use of those included in the booking, and not for other visitors to the property. Parking for 1 car only. Unfortunately we do not have facilities for the charging of electric vehicles.
