The beams, tiles, and exposed stones give it an authentic character. The 5 bedrooms and 4 adjoining bathrooms will allow you to have a comfortable space. You can enjoy a large enclosed courtyard, a small garden and a beautiful terrace. A large games room is also available for your use. The space After an external staircase, you will access: - a large fully equipped kitchen/dining room, - a large living room with an insert (wood is offered), - two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds) each with its own bathroom, - upstairs, three air-conditioned bedrooms (total: 7 single beds) and two bathrooms. Description of beds: 1 double bed, 9 single beds, supplemented by 2 sofa beds (one in the living room, one in a bedroom). Outside: - a closed courtyard that can accommodate 5 cars - a gas barbecue - a game room in a renovated barn: ping pong table, foosball, sitting area... - visit to rabbits and chickens raised by the owners who live next door. Guest access The cottage is 13 km from Beaune, served by the SNCF train station and a highway exit. Vehicles can park in the courtyard of the cottage, up to 5 cars, or in the church square right next door.
