Optional cook available for €20/day, preparing all your meals. The space “Villa 751” offers you peace and tranquillity, just 25 minutes from the centre of Marrakech. It provides the perfect combination of a holiday home and a hotel, thanks to its exclusive services, including personalised airport welcome, cook, caretaker, concierge services, spa/hammam, etc. The house is fully detached, modern, spacious, comfortable and completely private, with no overlooking neighbours. You can enjoy special moments with your family in complete peace and privacy. We do not accept groups of singles. A hammam, a private swimming pool heated depending on the season (extra charge, please enquire), with a 20 cm deep children’s area, trampoline, badminton, table tennis, gym, etc. will provide plenty of entertainment throughout your stay. The villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, TVs with French channels and high-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi. There are running routes and nature walks directly from the house. The villa is fully secure and offers complete privacy, with views only of the mountains and olive trees. We provide bed linen and towels. For babies, we can provide, upon request, a travel cot, high chair, baby bouncer and a second cot. A concept between a hotel and a traditional holiday rental We wanted to create a concept halfway between a hotel and a traditional holiday rental. We therefore offer several services included in the price: - Personalised airport welcome: I personally come to the airport to welcome you, help you collect your rental car (please contact us for a good rental rate), and drive you to the villa. Once there, we can enjoy a traditional Moroccan mint tea together. - Housekeeping: A housekeeper comes 3 times a week, so that you can fully enjoy your holiday without having to worry about the house. - Cook: For an additional €15 per day, we can provide a cook who can prepare all your meals according to your tastes and preferences. The cost of the ingredients is at your expense. She will also introduce you to traditional Moroccan cuisine. All you have to do is sit down at the table and enjoy! - Caretaker / handyman: A caretaker looks after the day-to-day running of the property, including garden and swimming-pool maintenance. If you do not wish to do the shopping yourself, he can do your grocery and other shopping for €15 per day. - Personalised assistance: I always spend 1 to 2 hours with you at the villa to explain the local area according to your holiday plans and recommend places to visit, activities, restaurants, shopping and excursions. - 24/7 assistance: I remain available 24 hours a day to help with any questions or decisions concerning the villa, as well as your excursions, activities and shopping. Guests and visitors As a general rule, external guests are not allowed at the villa. If a guest stays overnight at the villa, an additional charge of €25 per night will apply. OPTIONAL SERVICES Hammam As the hammam consumes a significant amount of gas, it must be booked at least 24 hours in advance, with a fixed heating charge of 500 MAD. Once heated, you are free to enjoy the hammam, alone or with several people, for as long as it remains warm — usually 24 hours or more. Heated swimming pool A supplement of €40 per day is charged for pool heating, guaranteeing a water temperature of approximately 27°C. Please note: during the coldest months, generally between December and February, when outdoor temperatures can drop close to 0°C, we cannot guarantee a water temperature above 23°C, due to the significant difference between the outdoor and water temperatures. And believe me, when it is that cold, it is simply too cold to swim! Wellness & treatments We also offer a wellness service at the villa, including massages, wellness rituals, manicures, etc. Our treatment menu is available in the bedrooms or upon request. First dinner & breakfast To help you relax immediately upon arrival, we can optionally provide your first evening meal and breakfast the following morning, with a selection of dishes adapted to your tastes. House rules Upon arrival, we will ask you to sign the house rules, which specify, among other things, that: - external guests are not permitted without prior authorisation; - parties are not allowed; - no music is permitted after midnight; - guests must respect the peace and tranquillity of the property. Halal-certified villa For practising guests, our villa is recognised by “Halal Agency” and complies with specific requirements. These include the possibility of having female staff only upon request, as well as complete privacy with no overlooking properties. All these services are designed to allow our guests to make the most of their holiday and enjoy their stay entirely according to their wishes and needs. Guest access You will have unrestricted access to the whole house. You can park 2 vehicles in the covered car park of the house. The hammam (reservation 24 hours in advance) being a big consumer of gas, we ask for a "heating package" of 500 dhs. Afterwards, it's up to you to enjoy it alone or with others for as long as it stays warm... 24 hours and more... Other things to note *** Important *** No outside guests accepted without our prior consent. No parties or evenings. We will immediately refuse all requests from travel agencies, local concierge services, etc., in order to respect the AirBnB spirit and establish a direct relationship with our guests. A car is recommended. Please ask us if you would like more information; we have agreements with these taxi and rental companies. Guests staying overnight at the villa must be authorized by management and will be subject to a surcharge of €25 per person per night.
