Case Aneris, Tosca - The most beautiful view of Cetona!

The stories of four generations have unfolded in the Aneris Houses. Thanks to the care and commitment of Aneris' children, today the Houses are two apartments equipped with all comforts, in an ideal location to enjoy the village - a three-minute walk from the square and the historic center - and explore enchanting places, where culture, nature, food and wine, and relaxation have been watchwords for centuries. The view of the Tuscan countryside and the medieval heart of the village are priceless. The space The apartment is located on the first floor of the Case Aneris building. Compared to the other apartment, it has a more classic inspiration with the floral sofa and green velvet armchair that evoke the English countryside, but just turn your gaze to the window and the guest will find themselves catapulted into the beautiful and lush Tuscan countryside. You will have two bedrooms at your disposal with a retro taste but equipped with every comfort, and on request we will provide a baby cot. The kitchen is equipped with every utensil and appliance, including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, American coffee maker and kettle (of course also a moka coffee maker). Each room has air conditioning to ensure some coolness on sultry days. We also guarantee great Wi-Fi coverage. The house is delivered sanitized and with sanitizers available for guests. The distance from the historic center is about 200 m and the parking lots, one with an hourly parking disc system 50 m away and the other free 200 m away, are really close. Inside the apartment you will also find tablets with information about Cetona, activities to do and see on site but also nearby. Other things to note From March 1, 2019, according to a municipal law, a tourist tax of 1 euro per night must be paid for each guest in Cetona. The tax must be paid in cash directly to the host.
